===== NGC 6036 17.5" (6/11/88): faint, small, elongated NW-SE, small bright core, stellar nucleus. A mag 14 star is 0.7' NE and a fainter mag 15 star is just 0.8' NNW of center. Forms a pair with NGC 6037 3.3' S.
