Project Observing Lists

The following observing lists are for NGC objects for which the project needs
observations, or resolution of the particular issues involved. These lists were
provided by Steve Gottlieb, who during his on-going observing career, has observed
5150 NGC objects, mostly above -45° declination. These lists are a good first
cut at what needs to be done relative to filling in the holes in the Project's
Research Database above -45° declination. The Observing lists are arranged by
both constellation and NGC designation, and any results, due to observation or
sleuthing which an individual might gather, can be entered into the Observations
Database, which is accessable by clicking the 'Enter Observations' button on
the home page. Any observations or sleuthing will be greatly appreciated, and
full credit will be given the contributor for any usable data and information.
If you have any questions, or suggestions, please contact the Webmaster of this
web site.
