Corwin's Notes

===== NGC 7355. There is a one degree error in JH's CGH position that was copied faithfully into GC and NGC. The correct galaxy is pinned down, however, by JH's note about the double star 40 seconds following the galaxy. The double is there, and is bright enough that it might well be a noteworthy object on its own.

Steve's Notes

===== NGC 7355 17.5" (8/26/00): at 220x, this was a marginal sighting as it appeared to pop into view a few times momentarily and I had the impression it was elongated. Forms the north vertex of a small equilateral triangle with two mag 15 stars ~1.5' SW and SE.
