Steve's Notes

===== NGC 6653 24" (4/11/08 - Magellan Observatory, Australia): at 260x this Pavo galaxy appeared moderately bright, slightly elongated SW-NE, 1.1'x0.9', weak even concentration to the center. A faint star is at the NE edge 32" from the center.
