NGC 6616. Though Swift's RA is off by 24 seconds of time, Herbert Howe found
the correct galaxy and remeasured its position. His correction is included in
IC2.

NGC 6616
17.5" (7/16/88): very faint, small, elongated SW-NE, broad concentration. A mag 13 star is 1.1' W of center.
