===== NGC 6616. Though Swift's RA is off by 24 seconds of time, Herbert Howe found the correct galaxy and remeasured its position. His correction is included in IC2.

===== NGC 6616 17.5" (7/16/88): very faint, small, elongated SW-NE, broad concentration. A mag 13 star is 1.1' W of center.
