===== NGC 6511 17.5" (7/27/92): at 140x appears faint, small, slightly elongated, broad mild concentration with no well-defined nucleus, overall diffuse. Located between mag 8.8 SAO 17685 10.8' SE and mag 8.0 SAO 17673 15.5' NNW. 17.5" (6/11/88): faint, small, slightly elongated, slightly brighter core, diffuse.
