Steve's Notes

===== NGC 6220 17.5" (7/14/93): very faint, very small, slightly elongated NW-SE, broad concentration, faint stellar nucleus. A mag 15 star is at the SW edge of the halo and an extremely faint mag 16 star is highly suspected at the south edge of the halo. On the POSS there are several close mag 15-16 stars off the south side.
