Steve's Notes

===== NGC 5438 17.5" (6/4/94): faint, small, round, weak even concentration to a brighter core and occasional faint stellar nucleus. A mag 12 star is 2.3' NW of center. Northern member of a trio with NGC 5436 2.8' SSW and NGC 5437 5.2' S in the NGC 5416 cluster.
