===== NGC 5187 17.5" (5/11/02): fairly faint, fairly small, slightly elongated SW-NE, 0.6'x0.5', weak concentration. A mag 13 star lies 1.5' N. An easy pair of mag 9.5/11.5 stars is 9' WSW. Located 19' E of mag 6.9 SAO 63556. A trio of UGC galaxies (U8492, U8496 and U8502) lies 13' NE.
