Steve's Notes

===== NGC 5089 18" (5/30/03): fairly faint, fairly small, elongated 3:2 WNW-ESE, 0.7'x0.5'. A mag 15 star is at the SW edge (16" from center). Another faint star is off the NE side ~1' from the galaxy. UGC 8377 lies 9' SSE.
