NGC 4934

17.5" (5/19/01): faint, small, very elongated 4:1 WNW-ESE, 0.4'x0.1', low even surface brightness.  Slightly smaller and fainter than NGC 4931 3.4' W.  Third of three on a line with NGC 4929 7' WNW within AGC 1656.
