Steve's Notes

===== NGC 4615 24" (6/1/13): largest in a small triplet with NGC 4613 2.1' NW and NGC 4614 2.2' SW. Fairly faint to moderately bright, very elongated 3:1 NW-SE, 1.5'x0.5', weak concentration. This is a nice little trio forming a small isosceles triangle with NGC 4615 at the eastern vertex. In Arp's category of "Integral Sign" galaxies. 17.5" (4/6/91): faint, fairly small, elongated 3:2 NW-SE, even surface brightness. Third and largest of three with NGC 4614 2.5' SW and NGC 4613 2' WNW.
