Steve's Notes

===== NGC 4612 17.5" (4/21/90): moderately bright, small, slightly elongated, sharply concentrated with a very bright compact core. Located at the SW end of a string of five bright stars mag 9-10.5 including a mag 10.5 star just 1.0' E. The NE end is this string is a double star 10.5/12 at 20". NGC 4623 lies 25' NNE.
