===== NGC 4562 17.5" (5/13/88): faint, fairly small, elongated SW-NE, even surface brightness. 17.5" (3/23/85): faint, small, elongated SW-NE, low even surface brightness, visible with direct vision. Elongated at a right angle to NGC 4565 13' NE. Located just south of a string of five mag 10-12.5 stars of length 11' oriented N-S.
