===== NGC 4403 17.5" (5/19/01): NGC 4403 is the preceding and fainter member of close pair with NGC 4404 just 0.9' NE. Appears fairly faint, very elongated 3:1 SSW-NNE, 1.2'x0.4' with a brighter core.
