Steve's Notes

===== NGC 4375 17.5" (4/13/02): faint, fairly small, elongated 3:2 SSW-NNE, 0.8'x0.6'. A mag 14.5 star lies 1.2' NE of center. Located 30' NW of a mag 4.3 SAO 82313 in a field with very few stars.
