Steve's Notes

===== NGC 4282 24" (4/28/14): fairly faint, fairly small, elongated ~2:1 ~E-W, 0.7'x0.3', gradually increases to a slightly brighter core, brighter along the major axis. On a line between NGC 4270 11' SW and NGC 4287 7' NE. Also NGC 4266 lies 11' WSW. 17.5" (3/24/90): very faint, very small, slightly elongated E-W, low even surface brightness. A mag 13 star is 1.8' S of center. Located in the large NGC 4261 group with NGC 4287 6' NE and NGC 4270 10' SW.
