===== NGC 4041 17.5" (5/2/92): fairly bright, moderately large, slightly elongated 4:3 SW-NE, 2' diameter, broad concentration with an overall fairly high surface brightness. Two mag 11 and 12 stars at 1.0' separation are 3.5' SSE. NGC 4036 lies 16' SSW.
