===== NGC 4022 24" (3/22/14): moderately bright, fairly small, round, small very bright core increases to the center. Two mag 13 stars lies 2.2' WSW and 2.4' WNW. 17.5" (3/19/88): faint, small, slightly elongated, bright core. Contains a stellar nucleus or a star is superimposed. Member of the NGC 4007 group with NGC 4018 7.3' NW.
