Corwin's Notes

===== NGC 3933 and NGC 3934. Dreyer credits these two galaxies only to Borelly, but they were independently discovered by Pechule. I suspect that he does not list Pechule as the positions for the five galaxies in Pechules paper are only estimates from the BD charts while Borelly measured his micrometrically. See NGC 4239 for more about Pechule's discoveries.

Steve's Notes

===== NGC 3933 17.5" (3/29/89): faint, fairly small, oval WSW-ENE, almost even surface brightness. Forms a pair with NGC 3934 3.6' NE.
