Corwin's Notes

===== NGC 3928 may well be the faintest galaxy known with well-developed spiral structure. See Sidney van den Bergh's short article and splendid photograph in PASP 92, 409, 1980. Also see NGC 3932.

Steve's Notes

===== NGC 3928 17.5" (4/7/89): fairly faint, small, slightly elongated SSW-NNE, small bright core, stellar nucleus. Bracketed between a mag 13.5 star 1.3' SE and a mag 14 star 1.9' NNW of center.
