===== NGC 3860 17.5" (3/12/88): fairly faint, fairly small, oval SW-NE, broad concentration. Member of galaxy cluster AGC 1367 with NGC 3862 13' SSE, NGC 3842 14' NW, CGCG 097-115 5' NNW and CGCG 097-131 6' NE. Nearby members included NGC 3860B = MCG +03-30-087 1.3' S and CGCG 097-113 2.2' S. 13.1" (2/25/84): very faint, small, diffuse.
