NGC 3728

17.5" (5/4/02): fairly faint, fairly small.  Contains a bright core and stellar nucleus surrounded by faint extensions SSW-NNE, 1.0'x0.6'.  A nice mag 9/10 pair at 12" lies 11' SW.
