===== NGC 3439 17.5" (4/15/99): extremely faint, very small, slightly elongated, 20" diameter. This galaxy was surprisingly faint and required averted and could not hold steadily. A mag 12 star lies 2.8' S. Located 15' E of NGC 3425.
