Steve's Notes

===== NGC 3232 17.5" (3/25/95): very faint, very small, round, 25" diameter, low even surface brightness. Located 2.5' NE of a mag 10 star. Forms a pair with brighter NGC 3235 7.7' E. This is a superposed (merging?) pair of galaxies, though it was not seen as double.
