===== NGC 2730 17.5" (1/28/89): faint, moderately large, almost round, low surface brightness. A mag 14.5 star is just off the south edge 0.7' from center. Two mag 12.5 stars lie 2.0' SSE and 2.5' S. Forms a wide pair with NGC 2734 12' E.
