NGC 2691
17.5" (2/9/02): fairly faint, fairly small, elongated ~3:2 N-S, 0.7'x0.4', weak concentration to a very small brighter core. Bracketed by a mag 13 star 0.9' N and a mag 12 star 2.5' SW. NGC 2704 lies 25' ESE.
