===== NGC 1726 13.1" (12/18/82): fairly faint, small, compact, small bright core, slightly elongated. A mag 12 star is just off the south edge 0.8' from center. Forms a pair with NGC 1720 7' SW. Located 4.8' ENE of mag 8.1 SAO 131659.
