NGC 941
17.5" (12/4/93): fairly faint, elongated 4:3 N-S, 2.0'x1.5'. Appears to have a slightly brighter bar within a diffuse halo. Forms a pair with NGC 936 12.5' W.
8": extremely faint, very small. Located 12' E of NGC 936.
