NGC 926

17.5" (12/4/93): fairly faint, elongated 2:1 SSW-NNE, 1.2'x0.6, diffuse unconcentrated glow.  A mag 13 star is 2.5' SSW.  Located 7' N of a mag 9.5 star.  NGC 934 lies 22' ENE.  R Ceti (7.2-14) is 7' N.
