===== NGC 502 18" (12/3/05): fairly faint, small, round, 25" diameter, sharply concentrated with a very small, very bright core ~10" diameter. 17.5" (10/17/87): fairly faint, small, small bright core, possible faint stellar nucleus. Member of the NGC 524 group.
